If any of the Jointpaw products do not live up to their claims, just send us an email at support@jointpaw.com, and you will be able to claim a full refund, provided it is within 90 days of delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us. We will provide a prepaid returns label.

Please note: the returns policy is strictly a "no result refund," i.e., if the product does not work within the 90 days of first delivery.

It does not cover any other situations.
